- Chapter and Board Members are involved in industry organizations including CIC, I-CAR, ASA and NABC.
- The Chapter provides training programs in the northeast region to provide a up to date look at repair procedures and to improve management skills.
- The Connecticut legislature is monitored for legislation that impacts the collision industry. A relationship is maintained with those involved in legislation who might need input from the Collision Repair Industry.
- New ways of communicating with our business partners and consumers are regularly explored and put into place.
